1. The service

MenuForma provides digital QR menus and ordering tools for restaurants. A free plan covers display menus; paid plans add ordering, payments, staff accounts and analytics.

2. Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime — access continues until period end.

3. Your content

You own your menu content and photos. You grant us a limited licence to host/display them for operating the service. AI-generated food images are provided as-is for your use.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, misrepresentation of health/compliance information, or abuse of free-tier resources.

5. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last three months.
